Sierra Madre Research is committed to you and your complete satisfaction. We want you to love your SMr gear as much as we do! So we'll keep this simple, we stand by our gear and we are committed to creating high quality adventure gear.
This is our guarantee. 

  1. 100% Satisfaction: If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of your SMr gear within the first seven days after it arrives, then ship it back to us for a full refund. 
  2. Two Year Manufacturer Warranty: If in two years of owning your SMr gear you experience any manufacturing problems or manufacturing defects we will either: ship you a new product for replacement or repair your product free of charge.
  3. Damaged Products: If you damage your SMr gear we will do our best to repair your SMr gear in the most cost effective way possible or provide you a store credit. Under some unusual circumstances we may not be able to do either of these options, so just ask!
